6.04.220: REMOVAL OF DOG OR CAT SUSPECTED OF RABIES FROM PREMISES UNLAWFUL:
It is unlawful for a person knowing or suspecting that a dog or cat has rabies to allow such dog or cat to be taken from his premises except by persons authorized to remove the dog or cat. (MC Ord. 102A § 2, 1986)
