6.04.100: FAILURE TO PAY LICENSE FEE:
Failure to pay any license fee, penalty or impounding fee or any other charge specified in this chapter shall be deemed a debt to the county of Mineral for which the county may take any available legal remedy, and each owner shall be responsible for any and all attorney fees and court costs incurred by the county relative to the collection thereof. (MC Ord. 102A § 2, 1986)
