5.44.060: DEFINITION OF GAME:
For the purpose of this chapter, "game" or "games" means and includes games or devices herein mentioned and any slot machine or slot machines played for money or for checks or tokens redeemable in money or property. (CH Ord. 6 § 8, 1946)
