A. The members shall be appointed by the Mineral County commissioners.
B. The members of the board of adjustment shall serve without compensation.
C. Their terms of office shall be as follows:
1. The member first named shall serve for one year from the day the ordinance codified in this chapter becomes effective;
2. The member second named shall serve for two (2) years;
3. The member third named shall serve for three (3) years;
4. The member fourth named shall serve for four (4) years; and
5. The member fifth named shall serve for five (5) years all from the day the ordinance codified in this chapter becomes effective. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment of the board of Mineral County commissioners. (MC Ord. 21A §§ 2, 3, 1966)
