2.08.060: TENURE OF OFFICE:
Commissioners shall hold office until their successors are appointed and qualify. Any vacancy in the office of commissioner shall be filled for the unexpired term in the same manner as original appointments. Within ten (10) days after their appointment, commissioners shall qualify by taking the oath of office. No bond shall be required of them. (Ord. 231A, 9-18-2013)
