1139.01  PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES.
   Within an S Special Use District, all buildings or land shall be used for one or more of the uses indicated in the following table:
   PERMITTED USES
         Civic Center
         Marina
         Recreational facilities
         Public swimming pool
         Hotel
         Motel
         Resort facilities
         Cemetery
         Accessory uses
   CONDITIONAL USES REQUIRING BOARD APPROVAL
         Private swimming pools and clubs
         Mobile Home Park.
