123.02 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE. (REPEALED)

   (EDITOR'S NOTE: Former Section 123.02, relating to the qualifications and appointment of the Director of Public Service, was repealed by implication by the adoption by the voters, on November 3, 1970, of new Sections 4.04, 5.01 and 6.01 of the City Charter. Section 6.01 was subsequently amended on November 4, 1975. See Section 6.04 of the City Charter.)
