The application for the permit required by Section 1337.03 shall be referred to the City Engineer who shall make an inspection of the property and report to the Building Inspector. No permit shall be issued unless the City Engineer finds and so reports to the Building Inspector that the proposed change in grade, with such provisions for drainage and such drainage facilities as the applicant proposes in connection therewith, will not violate Section 1337.02.
Upon issuance of such a permit, and following the completion of such change in grade, the City Engineer shall certify to the Building Inspector that the change in grade has been completed in accordance with the permit. (Ord. 1973-75. Passed 4-10-73.)
