159.01 AUTHORITY.

The authority conferred upon the municipal Civil Service Commission is granted by Section 6.03 of the Mentor City Charter, Section 10 of Article XV of the Constitution of the State of Ohio, the Civil Service Laws of the State of Ohio and by authority of Ordinance 69-O- 30. (1969 Code 33.40)
