157.23 WITNESS FEES.

Witness fees shall be in the same amount as now or hereafter provided for witnesses for trials in the Common Pleas Court of Lake County, Ohio. (The fees shall be deposited with the City Finance Director by the party seeking the attendance of said witnesses prior to the issuance of any subpoenas therefor). (Ord. 10-O-51. Passed 7-6-10.)
