In such matters where the Municipal Planning Commission may be required by law to state findings of fact and conclusions of law in support of its decision and, if the applicant or other party requests such findings of fact and conclusions of law, the request shall be made prior to or immediately after the Commission's vote on the matter. The Chairman may request all parties submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law and establish a deadline for their submission to the Commission.
The Commission shall have a reasonable time within which to prepare said findings of fact and conclusions of law and to adopt same as part of its decision and record of the case.
In the event findings of fact and conclusions of law are required of the Municipal Planning Commission by any reviewing body, the Commission, on its own motion, may proceed to adopt same in the same manner as provided herein above.
