Minor subdivisions approved by the Director of Planning pursuant to Section 1111.05 of Mentor's Code of Ordinances will be reported to the Municipal Planning Commission, in writing, at the next Commission meeting following approval; said report will specify as a minimum the applicant's name, location, size and dimensions of each minor subdivision approved.
