155.07 VACANCY OF OFFICER.

In the event of a vacancy in the office of Chairman, Vice-Chairman or Secretary, the Commission shall by majority vote, elect a successor to serve the remainder of the term; but pending such election, the Vice-Chairman shall fill the office of Chairman until a new Chairman is elected.
