155.03 VICE-CHAIRMAN.

There shall be a Vice-Chairman to serve in the absence of the Chairman. The Vice-Chairman shall perform such other duties as are assigned by the Chairman or the Commission. (Ord. 10-O-80. Passed 9-7-10.)
