The Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Facilities shall be responsible for the maintenance and operation of City-owned buildings, the City cemetery, and recreation facilities, which are now, or shall in the future, become the responsibility of the City of Mentor and perform such other duties as may be required by the Department Director. Said Department shall also be responsible for such recreation and leisure services programs as shall be approved by the City Manager within the amounts appropriated therefore by City Council.
