Any owner who receives a notice under the provision of Section 1345.04 may appeal said findings and directive. Such appeal must be made within ten days of receipt of said notice by filing with the Department of Planning and Development a notice of appeal on forms provided for such purpose. Said appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals. Fees, notice requirements, and procedures for said appeal and hearing shall be as set forth in Chapter 1131 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
