1131.01 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING BOARD; MEMBERSHIP, TERMS OF OFFICE.

   The Board of Building and Zoning Appeals as established by Section 6.02 of the Charter of the City of Mentor shall continue as the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals under the provisions of this Zoning Code. Membership, terms of office, and appointments shall be as set forth in Section 6.02 of the Charter of the City of Mentor.
