Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor, and shall be subject to the penalty as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code for a fourth degree misdemeanor. Each day upon which said violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
