(a) Persons and/or organizations desiring advance notifications of regular and special meetings of Council shall receive same upon payment to the City of Mentor of the sum of Fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each calendar year or part thereof, which sum shall be paid in advance and shall be non-refundable.
(b) Persons and/or organizations complying with subsection (a) hereof shall receive notice of all regular and special meetings of Council, and the Clerk of Council shall maintain a listing of the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all such persons and organizations.
(c) Notification pursuant hereto shall be in a manner as determined by the Clerk of
Council.
