385.06 HELISTOPS; MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

Helistops shall meet the requirements of subsections (a) to (d) of Section 385.05. Design of the takeoff and landing area, markings, safety barriers and fire protection shall be as stipulated in the Conditional Use Permit to ensure safe operations based on the frequency and nature of the proposed use. (1969 Code 103.06)
