1509.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of Section 1509.03 and 1509.07 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
 
   (b)    Whoever violates any provision of Section 1509.04, 1509.05, 1509.06 or 1509.07 is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor.
