For the purpose of administering this Building Code, certain areas under the jurisdiction of the governmental agency exercising jurisdiction are declared and established as a fire district known as Fire District I.
(a) The Fire District I areas shall be as indicated on the Zoning Map, submitted herewith as Exhibit A, copies of which shall be on file in the office of the City Engineer, the Fire Chief and the Chief Enforcement Official.
(b) All new construction, additions and alterations to existing buildings, regulated by the O.B.C., within the limits of Fire District I, shall be constructed in accordance with provisions of Article 3 (O.A.C. 4101:2-3), Sec. 302 of the O.B.C.
