   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1993-58, passed December 28, 1993, changed the title of the Director of Finance and Tax Administrator to the Director of Finance/Tax Administrator/Clerk of Council, consistent with Article V, Section 3, of the City Charter. References throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Director of Finance (or Finance Director), the Tax Administrator, or the Clerk of Council, shall be deemed to mean the Director of Finance/Tax Administrator/Clerk of Council.
