135.01 DIRECTOR/TAX ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK OF COUNCIL; BOND.

In the Department of Finance established by the City Charter, there shall be a Director of Finance/Tax Administrator/Clerk of Council, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and whose salary shall be determined from time to time by Council. The Director of Finance/Tax Administrator/Clerk of Council shall give bond in the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the faithful performance of his or her duties. The premium for such bond shall be paid by the City.
