A. The commission shall investigate, study, review and analyze the urban reforestation needs of the City. The commission will work toward the reforestation and education of the residents of Mason City. The commission will coordinate its efforts with the appropriate City departments.
B. The commission may report to the City Council from time to time, the results of said studies and the commission's recommendations.
C. Said commission shall have the power to adopt such rules and regulations concerning its meetings and all other matters pertaining to the business of said commission as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 94-28, 12-6-1994)
