2-10-5: UNFAIR PRACTICES; CITY CONTRACTS:
It shall be unlawful for any contractor or an awarding authority to discriminate against a subcontractor, supplier, or service provider on a prohibited basis. The commission shall establish administrative rules governing the implementation of this provision. (Ord. 14-15, 12-16-2014)
