2-9-6: RECORDS:
Said Board shall keep a record of all of its proceedings. Immediately after the close of each Municipal fiscal year, said Board shall file with the Council a written report which shall cover the last preceding fiscal year and contain a statement of the condition of the art museum, the number of pictures, portraits, paintings, statuary or relics contained in the gallery, and all additions thereto, the amounts of fines collected, the amount of donations, devises and bequests received during the year and the amount of money expended in the maintenance of such art museum, together with such further information as may be required by the City Council.
