11-3-7: APPLICABILITY OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS:

Preliminary and final plat requirements are applicable to all major subdivisions. The owner and developer of a minor subdivision, as defined, may choose to omit the preliminary plat submission and approval process. (Ord. 15-3, 6-2-2015)
