2-1-8: HEARINGS AND APPEALS:

The Civil Service Commission shall have jurisdiction over suspensions, demotions, and discharges if no grievance procedure is provided in a collective bargaining agreement applicable to a civil service employee and shall hold hearings on appeals regarding the same, if requested, within the terms of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations. (Ord. 97-22, 9-2-1997)
