A business commits a prima facie violation of this chapter if, in the course of business, it wilfully makes false statements, whether by affidavit, report or other representation to any City official, employee, board or commission for the purpose of influencing the acceptance of a bid or contract. A business which wilfully prevents or attempts to prevent any City officer or employee from performing their duty commits a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 94-3, 2-15-1994)
