Reconsideration of an adverse decision of the Public Services Committee may be requested by the contractor, appellant, or any interested party who submitted comments during the Public Service Committee proceeding, and any agency involving the protest. The motion for reconsideration shall contain a detailed statement of the factual and legal grounds upon which reversal or modification is deemed warranted, specifying any errors of law made or information not previously considered. Such motions shall be filed not later than ten (10) days after official service notice and receipt of such adverse decision. (Ord. 94-3, 2-15-1994)
