1-10-14: TIE LOW BIDS:
In the event identical low bids are received for the project from general bidders who are deemed to be responsive and responsible, the City Council may award the contract to a locally owned business as it deems to be in the best interests of the City. (Ord. 94-3, 2-15-1994)
