There is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City, the most current edition of the International Building Code adopted by the State of Iowa Building Code Commissioner's Office, reviewed and/or modified, from time to time, by the Building Advisory and Appeals Board and the Chief Building Official, which Building Code, which by this reference, is duly adopted, with the following amendments, as fully and completely as if set out in detail herein.
An official copy of the International Building Code, as hereby adopted, including a certificate by the City Clerk as to its adoption and the effective date thereof, is now on file in the Office of the City Clerk and at the City Public Library for public inspection. (Ord. 17-5, 6-6-2017)
