1-10-6: REQUIREMENT OF GOOD FAITH:
All government bodies, businesses, bidders and contractors involved in the solicitation, negotiation, performance or administration of a City contract shall act in good faith and fair dealing in trade. (Ord. 94-3, 2-15-1994)
