Every bidder and contractor shall give all notices and comply with all laws and regulations of the City and State applicable to successfully performing a City contract. If a bidder or contractor's action in connection with a contract is contrary to the laws and regulations of the City, the contractor or bidder shall bear all claims, costs, losses and damages caused by, arising out of or resulting therefrom. A contractor or bidder shall be presumed to know or have constructive knowledge of all laws and regulations of the City. (Ord. 94-3, 2-15-1994)
