1-10-4: GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF APPLICABLE LAW:
Unless provided elsewhere in this chapter, the principles of law and equity, including the Uniform Commercial Code of Iowa, and laws relative to capacity to contract, agency, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake or bankruptcy shall supplement the provisions of this chapter.
