9-10-14: STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING VIOLATIONS:

Any person who parks any vehicle in any public place in violation of the terms and provisions of this Code relating to the stopping, standing and parking of vehicles, shall be guilty of a parking violation. (Ord. 12-17, 12-18-2012)
