It shall be the duty of the Parking Enforcement Bureau to make regular collections of money for violations of this chapter with respect to the stopping, standing and parking of vehicles and to transmit such funds to the City Clerk, as provided in section 8-2-5 of this Code, after which time the same shall be deposited with the Director of Finance who shall credit the same as provided for in this Code.
