9-9-8: SPEED AND STOPPING REQUIREMENTS:

No person shall operate a bicycle at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing. Speed and stopping regulations are established by Iowa Code section 321.285 and any subsequent revisions thereto. (Ord. 13-19, 6-4-2013)
