Bicycle regulations are subject to all applicable motor vehicle and traffic regulations as established by Iowa Code section 321.234 and any subsequent revisions thereto. The City has enacted additional specific bicycle regulations by local authority under Iowa Code section 321.236 and any subsequent revisions thereto. Sections in this chapter without a specific reference to an Iowa Code section are the additional local bicycle regulations in effect. (Ord. 13-19, 6-4-2013)
