9-9-4: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP:
Upon the sale or other transfer of a licensed bicycle, the new owner may, upon proper application and verification from the prior owner, have said tag reassigned to the new applicant/owner. (Ord. 13-19, 6-4-2013)
