A. Any person who violates this chapter may be charged with a simple misdemeanor or a Municipal infraction punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than the maximum fine allowed for a single misdemeanor or a Municipal infraction under Iowa law.
B. The penalty provided herein may be imposed in addition to any penalty that may be imposed for any other criminal offense or Municipal violation arising from the same incident. (Ord. 13-16, 5-7-2013)
