8-8-18: UNLAWFUL ACTS:
It is unlawful for any person to:
   A.   Create or maintain or allow a "nuisance" as defined in this chapter.
   B.   Fail to abate within the time period originally prescribed by the notice to abate described in section 8-8-10 of this chapter, or such additional time period as may be designated pursuant to the appeal process outlined in section 8-8-13 of this chapter, any "nuisance" as herein defined after having been ordered to do so by written notice and/or order to abate under the provisions of sections 8-8-9 through 8-8-12 of this chapter.
   C.   Resume or allow the resumption of a nuisance after having been ordered to abate the nuisance by a written notice or final order to abate under the provisions of sections 8-8-9 through 8-8-12 of this chapter.
   D.   Otherwise hinder, delay, or interfere with the City Administrator in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
   E.   Terminate a lease agreement with or otherwise retaliate against a tenant because that tenant complained or otherwise notified the police or City official about nuisance activities at the owner's premises. (Ord. 13-23, 7-16-2013)
