8-2-4: DUTIES OF CHIEF OF POLICE:
The Chief of Police shall have the general management, supervision, control and direction of all members of the Police Department, police radio system and of all property belonging to or appertaining to the Police Department. He shall be the executive head of the Police Department. (Ord. 11-11, 9-20-2011)
