The Chief of the Fire Department shall make monthly and annual reports to the City Administrator of such data and information as may be required by the Mayor. In his annual report, the Chief of the Fire Department shall include a detailed statement of the condition of the apparatus and property in the custody of the department, together with his recommendations for the improvement of the department.
