8-1-5: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The Chief of the Fire Department, with the approval and consent of the City Administrator, shall make all the rules and regulations for the government of the department. The Chief of the Fire Department shall also keep such records as will accurately show the activities of the department and the members thereof. (1953 Code § 32-5; amd. 2017 Code)
