Each violation of these regulations shall constitute a misdemeanor and the perpetrator thereof, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both. Each day a violation occurs or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 09-01, 1-6-2009)
