7-3-12: ENFORCEMENT:

Enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the building official or Zoning Administrator, or such person(s) as the building official or Zoning Administrator shall, from time to time, direct. However such duties of enforcement and administration shall not include any of the powers herein delegated to the Airport Zoning Board of Adjustment. (Ord. 09-01, 1-6-2009)
