A. Any police officer shall have authority to enforce ordinances of the City at the airport.
B. Any person acting in violation of a provision of this chapter may be forcibly ejected and removed from the airport by any police officer or the Manager.
C. The commission reserves the right, power and privilege to exercise all other reasonable means to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
D. Violation of this chapter is a violation of this Code, and any other applicable law and shall be punishable accordingly. (Ord. 08-09, 8-5-2008)
