7-2-4: INTERFERING OR TAMPERING WITH AIRCRAFT:

No person, except airport employees when acting in their official capacities or other person designated by the Manager, shall put in motion or interfere or tamper with any aircraft, aircraft part, instrument or tool, without permission of the owner. (Ord. 08-09, 8-5-2008)
