There is hereby established the Airport Commission of the City of Mason City, Iowa, created pursuant to section 330.17, Code of Iowa, to be composed of five (5) residents of the City of Mason City, Iowa, who shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of the City Council and who shall hold office for six (6) years from November 1 following their appointment.
